Restaurant and bar very good. The hotel is a converted convent, really interesting. We loved the cloisters. I would book this hotel again because it is in a great position and is a lovely building

Secure on-site parking, easy to access. Location in pleasant surroundings, quiet area but easily walkable to old town and centre. Very good breakfast with attentive staff. Everywhere in the hotel was very clean. Recpetion staff welcoming and efficient

Really friendly staff, the waitress in charge of breakfast was especially helpful. We were able to ask for boiled eggs, rather than just have the scrambled eggs on offer. Tasty pastries at breakfast. Rooms are spacious. It's really impressive how they've converted the cloisters area. The bar is a nice place to sit in the evening, often with a live pianist. The mini Easter eggs at reception on Easter day were a nice little treat. White company toiletries in bathrooms. Easy location to walk to the old town or the grand place. It's nice to be by the Quay, a good place to sit in the sunshine.

Bar and restaurant are amazing, under a glass ceiling in the middle of the hotel. Live piano player until late on a Friday, and the excellent almond and pear pie is free when you order a drink! Great range of imaginative non alcoholic cocktails and whiskeys too. Didn't have the breakfast but the selection looked good. Room is massive and well furnished, as is the bathroom - big sink, all marble everywhere! Mattress was very comfortable and all the towels and linen was very crisp and clean. Decent quality shower gel provided that doesn't dry out your skin.

This is a unique hotel right in the centre of Lille. As a former convention, the building is beautiful. I booked a superior twin room which was large and comfortable. The beds are comfy and bathroom had a good shower. It was particularly helpful that this Hotel has parking; a rare thing in a city hotel in the historic centre. The breakfast was good and had everything we wanted. Staff were very helpful and some spoke English which was useful as they could give us directions to the places we wanted to see.

Stayed in the executive suit with a family of 4 incl. 2 kids. We've had a pleasant stay. Location was super, few minutes from Zoo, theme park and just around the corner of the historic center. Executive room very spacious and clean. Air-conditioning worked well, it didn't make much noise. Breakfast was very well presented and the staff of breakfast were excellent. And this is the only hotel in city centre where you can park in front of the door, that was really convenient.

The breakfast was very nice. It is worth paying for it and adding it to your room. They have a wonderful coffee maker that makes espresso, cappuccinos, etc. The facility is pretty, but the rooms are tired. The guest rooms and bathrooms need updating. The location is walking distance from the main Lille square and historic areas. It is just a little out of the way.

Spacious comfortable room with nice White Company toiletries, fluffy towels and complimentary towelling robes to wear while there Good breakfast Helpful reception staff. Hotel is near the canal and the Citadelle park but near the old town Vieux Lille about 10 minutes away on foot. Hotel in old convent beautiful building

Parking and EV chargers Wonderfully polite and accommodating staff. Beautiful building. Bar area is excellent.. extensive range of drinks. Breakfast room is beautiful.. fabulous buffet choice. Staff working the breakfast room were very attentive and helpful. Very close to the zoo.. 8 minute walk (and that is at a slow place) Very close to restaurant s and bars… easy walk into the centre.

It’s in a good open location by the canal and just a short walk round the corner into the old town. The original Flemish style brickwork on the exterior and around the courtyard.
